It’s no surprise that we consider Eugene Peterson a friend at All Saints.  His writing continues to encourage us towards a more intentional and deliberate maturity in Christ over time.  It seems like every new book he publishes finds its way into sermon after sermon from Bill too (at least for awhile). So, we are looking forward to the October release of Tell it Slant, the 4th installment of Peterson’s 5 volume series on spiritual theology (the other books are Christ Plays in Ten Thousand Places, Eat this Book, and The Jesus Way).

In the meantime, there are two excellent ways to spend some time with Peterson online. First, All Saints member Susan Olasky recently sat down for a conversation with Peterson in which she attempted to learn a little more about what he actually does all day
